On a four day visit, Michelle Bachelet, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, is coming to Dhaka on Sunday, August 14.

For any UN rights chief, it's going to be the first visit to Bangladesh. The government of Bangladesh welcomes this visit.

During her visit to the capital, she’s scheduled to meet Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, and other ministers.

Besides, she will meet the representatives of human rights organizations, actively working in Bangladesh. She is also scheduled to visit Rohingya Refuguee camps.
