Daily dark chocolate consumption linked to lower diabetes risk, study finds

It might be surprising, but a new study has found that eating dark chocolate daily could lower the risk of developing diabetes. The study, led by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, involved over 111,000 people from three large groups, all of whom were free from diabetes, heart disease, or cancer.
