Dubai is set to become home to the world’s tallest wellbeing resort as part of the Dubai Quality of Life Strategy 2033, announced Sheikh Hamdan on Tuesday. The ambitious project, named 'Therme Dubai,' will be located at Zabeel Park and is scheduled to open in 2028, reports Khaleej Times.
The city is investing Dh2 billion into the development of this landmark, which will include an interactive park and the world's largest indoor botanical garden, designed to accommodate 1.7 million visitors annually.
"This innovative project reflects our commitment to enhancing urban biodiversity, promoting environmental sustainability, and offering enriching experiences for both residents and visitors," said the Crown Prince.
Launched in May 2024, the Dubai Quality of Life Strategy 2033 aims to elevate community wellbeing and position the emirate as the world’s best place to live.
