Dhaka Metropalitan Police (DMP) will work in collaboration with Consumer Rights Protection Association to control the commodity prices in the month of Ramadan.
DMP commissioner Habibur Rahman said this on Wednesday noon in an event in Segunbagicha area of the capital.
DMP Commissioner said, “We will work to keep the prices of goods within the purchasing limit of everyone during the holy month of Ramadan. DMP mobile courts will be operated so that no one can destabilize the market with commodity prices hiking. We will start these activities before the begining of Ramadan.”
