Bangladesh scored 303 runs in 50 overs losing 2 wickets in the first innings of the first one-day international (ODI) match against the host Zimbabwe in Harare on Friday afternoon.

Opening batter Litton Das (retired hurt) is the top scorer from the Tiger side. He scored 81 runs from 89 balls before leaving the field after being injured.
Another opener Tamim Iqbal made a new record by touching the milestone of 8,000 runs as the first Bangladeshi batter. He scored 62 runs from 88 balls before being caught out by Kaia and bowled by Sikanadar Raza.
Anamul Haque and Mushfiqur Rahim scored 73 and 52 runs respectively from 62 and 49 balls.
From the Zimbabwe side, Victor Nyauchi, and Sikandar Raza bagged one wicket respectively costing 65 and 48 runs.
Earlier in the day, Zimbabwe won the toss and chose to field.
