Bollywood megastar Salman Khan has revealed an astonishing detail about his lifestyle—he sleeps for just two hours a day and had his best rest behind bars, reports UNB.
Speaking on his nephew Arhaan Khan’s podcast, Dumb Biryani, alongside Dev Raiyani and Arush Verma, the Sikandar actor shared insights into his relentless work ethic, motivation, and approach to success.
“I generally sleep for a couple of hours, and once a month, I get 7–8 hours in a day. Sometimes, I doze off during short breaks on set,” Salman disclosed. His unique take on rest is simple—he only sleeps when he has absolutely nothing else to do.
Intriguingly, he confessed, “So, I slept nicely when I was in jail. I also sleep when there is turbulence in an aircraft because there is nothing I can do in such a situation.”
Beyond his unusual sleep schedule, Salman urged Arhaan and his friends to maintain unwavering enthusiasm in life.
“When we used to play a sport and got tired, panting, we still had a wide smile on our faces. We wanted to get back and do the same thing all over again. Nowadays, we lose that enthusiasm and get complacent. Never let go of that enthusiasm,” he advised.
The actor’s words serve as both a revelation and a reminder—relentless drive can fuel success, but sometimes, the best rest comes when the world stands still.
