At the briefing, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk will deliver opening remarks.
The other panelists will be Rory Mungoven, Chief of the Asia-Pacific Section, and Ravina Shamdasani, Chief Spokesperson, said the advisory.
The news conference will be broadcast live on UN Web TV for those wishing to listen only.
