75 senior police officers transferred

75 senior police officers transferred

A total of 75 high-ranking officers of the Bangladesh Police have been transferred.

Among them, one is deputy inspector general (DIG), 50 are superintendent of police (SP), and 24 are additional superintendent of police.

DIG Golam Rosul of the special branch has been made additional inspector general of police.

Four separate notifications were issued by the Police-1 branch of the Public Security Division under the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding their transfers.

Deputy Secretary Md Mahbubur Rahman signed the notifications getting permission from the President.
