ACC files case against Taqsem, 9 others

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Wednesday filed a lawsuit against WASA’s former managing director Taqsem A Khan, chairman Md Habibur Rahman and eight others.

ACC Deputy Director Syed Nazrul Islam filed the case, confirmed ACC Director General Akhtar Hossain at a press briefing.

According to the case statement, the accused collaborated to create unauthorised posts at Dhaka WASA, and appointed at least two people, violating regulations.
