Two more dengue patients died and 148 others were hospitalised in the last 24 hours till Sunday morning in the country.
The dengue death toll has risen to 572 so far this year.
"During the period, 43 dengue patients were hospitalised in Dhaka city while 105 patients were admitted to different hospitals outside the capital city," said a statement of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The total number of dengue cases rose to 101,016 across the country.
In 2023, the country recorded 1,705 dengue-related deaths and a total of 321,179 dengue cases.
