The viva voce for the 44th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) is scheduled to begin on January 5 next.
According to a notification published on Tuesday night, the viva examinations for 1,890 candidates, who have provisionally passed the written test for both general and technical/professional cadres out of 5,862 candidates, will continue until February 5.
The viva examinations will be held at the PSC headquarters in the capital’s Agargaon.
The viva schedule for the remaining candidates will be announced later, said the notification.
