Tofazzal Hossain, the Officer-in-Charge of the Dinajpur Regional Meteorological Office, narrated that on Wednesday, the temperature in Dinajpur was measured at 13 degrees Celsius. The air humidity at that time was 97 percent, with a wind speed of 1 kilometer per hour.
