Bus crushes vehicles on Dhaka-Mawa Expressway, 5 killed

Five people were killed in a road accident on the Dhaka-Mawa Expressway. At least 10 others were injured in the incident.

The accident occurred on Friday morning (December 27) at the Dholeswari Toll Plaza area.

According to reports, after losing control a bus ran over a motorcycle and crushed a private car at the Dhaleshwari toll plaza in the morning. Five people, including pedestrians, were killed in the crash. At least 10 others were injured and have been taken to the hospital for treatment.

Dewan Azad, Station Officer of the Sreenagar Fire Service, confirmed the incident.
