This is the first victory of Sri Lanka in the ongoing World Cup.
Middle-order batter Sadeera Samarawickrama smashed 91 runs off 107 balls and opener Pathum Nissanka scored 54 runs off 52 balls.
Dutch bowler Aryan Dutt bagged 3 wickets while Paul van Meekeren and Colin Ackermann got one wicket each.
Earlier in the first innings, Netherlands posted 262 runs in 49.4 overs by losing all wickets.
Lower-order batter Sybrand Engelbrecht scored 70 runs off 82 balls and van Beek scored 59 runs from 75 balls.
Lankan bowlers Dilshan Madushanka and Kasun Rajitha bagged 4 wickets each.
