Late-fire by veteran middle order batter Mahmudullah helped Bangladesh crosses 250-runs mark in their World Cup Match against India going on in Pune on Thursday.
Bangladesh started very well with topn-notch performances from openers Liton Das and Tanzid Tamim.
Tamim scored 51 off just 43 balls, while Liton scored 66 off 82. In the middle, Mushfiqur Rahim contributed 38 off 46 balls. Mahmudullah, came to bat out at no.7 and hammered a quick fire of 46 off just 36 balls and Bangladesh scored 256 for 8 in 50 0vers.
Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj and Ravidra Jadeja of India took 2 wickets each.
