Chasing 191 runs, India reached the target in 30.3 overs by losing 3 wickets.
Indian captain and opener Rohit Sharma scored the highest 86 runs off 63 balls while Shreyas Iyer scored 53 runs off 62 balls.
Pakistani pacer Shaheen Afridi bagged 2 wickets and Hasan Ali scored one wicket.
Earlier in the first innings, Pakistan scored only 191 runs in 42.5 overs by losing all wickets. This was the lowest score to fight in a high-voltage game over India.
Pakistan skipper Babar Azam scored the highest 50 runs off 58 balls while wicket-keeper batter Mohammad Rizwan scored 49 runs from 69 balls.
Indian pacers Bumrah, Siraj, Hardik Pandya and spinners Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja bagged two wickets each.
India won the toss and opted to bowl first.
