England defeated Australia by 8 runs in the second match of the T20 series held at Manuka Oval in Australia and confirmed the 3 match series win as they won the first match as well.
Winning the toss, Australia opted to bowl first.
England struggled in the beginning as they lost 3 wickets in 8th over for 53. However, brilliant bating show by Dawid Malan and Moeen Ali took them to a safer place where they got something to bowl.
Malan scored a blistering knock of 82 of just 49 balls, and Moeen scored 44 of 27 balls.
Marcus Stoinis took 3 wickets for Australia for 34.
In reply, Australia also struggled from the begining, but managed to go close to the target because of 49 of Mitchel Marsh form 29 balls and 40 of Tim David by 23 balls.
England's Sam Curan took 3 wickets for 25 runs.
