Pakistani hip-hop artists Talha Anjum and Talha Yunus are scheduled to visit Dhaka in the third week of October for a concert, organized by Rishka Connect and Dhaka Broadcast, reports Kalerkantho.
Although the official date has not yet been announced, the organizers have stated that, if all goes as planned, the event will be held on October 17 at the United Convention Center in Dhaka.
Another Pakistani singer, Hasan Raheem, is also reported to be part of the lineup.
Talha Anjum and Talha Yunus are not biological brothers, but have been friends since childhood. During their school days, they formed a duo band called ‘Young Stunners’. They are recognized for bringing Urdu rap into the mainstream of Pakistan’s music industry.
They gained popularity in 2013 with the song"Burger-e-Karachi", followed by tracks like "Maila Majnu" and "Laam Say Chaura".
In 2021, they both lent their voices to the Pakistan Super League (PSL) theme song and also performed together at the Pakistan Day Parade live show in the same year.
