“Deri Kore Ashben,” a new drama featuring popular small screen actors Ziaul Faruq Apurba and Sadia Ayman, is set to premiere on Thursday on the YouTube channel of Capital Drama. The drama is penned and directed by Mursalin Shuvo.
Apurba expressed, “The title ‘Deri Kore Ashbeon’ piqued my curiosity. Upon hearing the story for the first time, I understood this was no ordinary tale. Each scene and emotion has been captured with remarkable realism. The screenplay and dialogues are beautifully crafted, sensitive, and relatable. I believe this project will resonate with me. Once the audience sees it, they will understand how passionately we conveyed this story.”
“I play the character Kanon. While shooting, I experienced a unique feeling. The project was developed with great care. I hope viewers find it enjoyable, particularly young men, especially bachelors, who will be able to connect with the narrative,” said Sadia Ayman.
Director Mursalin Shuvo commented, “Deri Kore Ashben has been in the works for a long time. While I have collaborated with Apurba Bhai before, this is our first venture in the romantic genre. It was also my first experience working with Sadia Ayman. Although it felt challenging at first, I ultimately managed to create something close to my vision—this is incredibly fulfilling.”
Screenplay and dialogues of the drama is written by Manob Mitra. The drama features a song penned, tuned and sung by Ragib Swagoto.
