The popular TV series “Bachelor Point” will return with its fifth season this upcoming Eid-ul-Azha. Director Kajol Arefin Ome confirmed that the new season will begin airing on the day of Eid.
Ome briefed the details about the series at a press conference at Gulshan Shooting Club in the capital on Sunday night. Ome said that this time he is appearing with ‘Bachelor Point Season 5’ on a larger scale than the last four seasons.
It is known that on Eid, eight new episodes will be seen simultaneously on the Bongo app. To watch, you have to subscribe for 40 taka. Eight more episodes will be released on the same platform at 7:00pm on the first Thursday of July.
Those who want to watch in advance can subscribe on the first Thursday of every month and watch eight episodes simultaneously from the Bongo app.
Again, those who do not have an OTT subscription can watch it for free on YouTube and TV weekly - the first episode will be broadcast on Boom Films YouTube at 9:00pm on the first Thursday of every month, and on Channel i at 9:30pm. The second episode will be broadcast on the same schedule on the following Friday.
Ami said, “I made the previous seasons for television and YouTube channels. But in the last two years, I have made several web contents (Hotel Relax, Osmoi, Female 4), which the audience liked. I have had some cinematic experience in these works. I want my production in the new season to have the impression of that cinematic experience.”
Besides Ome, actors Marzuk Russell, Chashi Alam, Ziaul Haque Palash, Abdullah Rana, Monira Mithu, Shimul Sharma, Saidur Rahman Pavel, Faria Shahrin, Lalima, among others, were present on the occasion.
