Director Hanif Sanket, known for his magazine program "Ityadi," also creates a special play for each Eid festival. This year's Eid play is titled "Ghorer Kotha Ghorei Thak." The filming of the play was held at Fagun Audio Vision's exclusive shooting location.
The story of the play is that, Shahed and Sumi are husband and wife, and their family has marital disputes almost every day. The neighbours are annoyed by their shouting and screaming every day. Shahed is somewhat calm in nature. He discusses ways to solve this problem with his friends. Friends also give various suggestions to reduce his wife’s anger. While acting on the advice of friends, the problem worsens. Then a gangster comes along. The situation changes quickly. Thus, the story continues…
Actors Irfan Sajjad, Samira Khan Mahi, Salahuddin Lavlu, Abdullah Rana, Saidur Rahman Pavel, Subhashish Bhowmik, Anjuman Ara Shirin, Sujat Shimul, Sadia Tanjin, Ratna, Shamim Ahmed, Nazrul Islam and others have played various roles in the drama.
The introducing music of the drama has been written by Mohammad Rafiquzzaman. Composed by Hanif Sanket, the music has been arranged by Mehedi. Singer Rajib has lent his voice to the song.
The drama will be aired on ATN Bangla at 8:50 pm on Eid-day.
