A delegation led by Lt. Gen. Joshua M Rudd, deputy commander of the US Indo-Pacific Command, paid a courtesy call on Chief of Army Staff General Waqar-Uz-Zaman.
Their courtesy meeting was held at the military base in the capital on Thursday.
During the meeting, apart from mutual exchange of favors, they discussed the existing good relations between the two countries and various issues of cooperation for future progress.
The army chief thanked Lt. Gen. Joshua M. Rudd, deputy commander, US Indo-Pacific Command, for meeting him.
