The Police Reform Commission (PRC) has urged the people to give their opinions by November 15 on how kind of police they want as the government has initiated the process to remodel the force as pro-people and service-oriented.
"Give your valuable opinions by filling up a questionnaire on 'how kind of police we want' by November 15 by clicking the link - https://forms.gle/kcXcL247eTbp3fHk6 or through the police commission website www.prcmhapsd.gov.bd. So, read the questionnaire properly and fill up it," said a handout issued on Sunday.
The opinions will be kept secret and it will only be used for the purpose of the police reform, it said.
The handout further said police reform is now the demand of time as the recent violent role of some police members to stop the student-people movement is being highly crticised at home and abroad.
"So, the government has formed the Police Reform Commission and its activities are now going on," it added.
