According to medical sources, at least 10 including women and children were killed by an Israeli attack on Gaza school and Barbershop, reports Al Jazeera.
Another 20 people were injured during the attack on UN-run Abu Assi School in the Shati refugee camp early Sunday.
The school sheltered thousands of displaced Palestinians from northern areas like Beit Lahiya, Beit Hanoon and Jabalia. Israeli forces continued to attack Beit Lahiya with nonstop shelling.
For more than 40 days, the northern Gaza Strip has been under siege, lacking access to food, water, medicine or aid. Israeli forces also targeted a barbershop in Gaza City, killing five, and attacked a family gathering in Khan Younis, killing five more.
The escalation in air raids, shelling, and drone attacks intensifies as the humanitarian situation in Gaza deteriorates.
