Biker dies in Dinajpur road accident

A motorcyclist was killed and two others were injured in a collision between their bike and a tractor in Sadar upazila here today(Sunday), reports BSS.

The deceased was identified as Abdur Rashid, 40, hailed from Fulbari upazila.

Officer-in-Charge of Sadar police station Md Motiur Rahman said the accident occurred around 2:30 pm at Boalmari on the Dinajpur-Gobindaganj Regional Highway, leaving Abdur Rashid dead on the spot.

The body was sent to Dinajpur Medical College and Hospital while the injured people are now undergoing treatment at the hospital.

Police seized both vehicles. A case was filed in this regard.
