Rangpur Riders have been asked to bat first against Chittagong Kings in their 11th match of the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Wednesday.
Riders, after losing their last two matches in a row, will be looking to bounce back to winning ways despite already sealing their spot in the playoffs.
They will be without Khushdil Shah who has rediscovered his prime form while playing for them in the tournament, but this very success has led to his premature departure. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has called him up for the national training camp, preparing for the upcoming tri-series against South Africa and New Zealand ahead of the Champions Trophy.
Rangpur Riders (Playing XI): Steven Taylor, Soumya Sarkar, Saif Hassan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Nurul Hasan(w/c), Mahedi Hasan, Mohammad Saifuddin, Irfan Sukkur, Nahid Rana, Rakibul Hasan, Akif Javed
