Popular heroine Puja Cherry has said she is ready to step away from acting if necessary for the sake of her family. The actress recently spoke openly about her personal life and career during a podcast interview.
Puja began her journey in the entertainment industry with Jaaz Multimedia. For a long time, rumours circulated about her alleged relationship with the company’s founder Abdul Aziz. Later, when distance reportedly developed in that relationship, she also parted ways with the production house. However, the actress returned to Jaaz Multimedia after about three years.
Throughout her career, Puja’s name has been linked with several stars, including Shakib Khan, Siam Ahmed and Ador Azad. However, there has been no confirmed evidence supporting these relationship rumours.
Speaking about relationships in the podcast, Puja said that relationships are extremely important to her. She emphasised that she never wants the word “divorce” to be associated with her life.
The actress added that she hopes to balance both her family and acting career. However, if she ever feels that maintaining both becomes difficult, she would choose her family over the film industry.
According to Puja, she has dreamed of becoming a good actress since childhood. Still, she believes that family should always come first if circumstances demand it.
Meanwhile, Puja Cherry’s new film “Domm” is set to be released on the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr, where she stars opposite Afran Nisho.
