Popular television actor Ziaul Faruque Apurba and his wife Shamma Dewan have been blessed with a baby girl.
The actor confirmed the happy news on Friday afternoon through a heartfelt post on Facebook, where he also shared a close-up photo of the newborn's tiny hand.
Apurba wrote, "Alhamdulillah! We are bursting with joy and gratitude to announce the arrival of our beautiful Daughter. Welcome to the world, sweet Anaya! Please keep our little princess in your prayers. Thank you all for the immense love and support you constantly shower upon us."
According to the actor, both mother and daughter are healthy. The announcement has been met with overwhelming love from fans and well-wishers, who flooded his social media with congratulatory messages.
Apurba tied the knot with Shamma Dewan, a Bangladeshi expatriate living in the United States, in September 2021. Since the marriage, the couple had largely maintained a low profile, occasionally appearing together in family photos or festive posts. After four years of marriage, they have now welcomed their first child, Anaya, marking a new chapter in Apurba's family life.
