Popular actress Bidya Sinha Mim was seen opposite Tollywood star Jeet in the film "Manush: Child of Destiny" in 2023. Since then, she has remained off-screen. Now, the actress is preparing for her much-anticipated return.
At a recent fashion house inauguration, Mim announced her plans to return to the big screen next year, describing 2026 as her comeback year.
According to sources, Mim has already completed shooting for a new film and a web series. However, she prefers not to disclose any details until official announcements are made. In addition, she has several more films and series lined up, which will be revealed gradually.
The actress noted that although she hasn't released any work in the past two years, she never lacked offers.
She took a deliberate break, prioritising quality projects over quantity. Now, that wait is finally nearing its end.
Her new projects are expected to be announced next month.
Despite being off the screen, Mim remained active in brand engagements and promotional events.
