Popular actor Tasnia Farin has been finalised as the leading lady opposite Dhallywood superstar Shakib Khan in the upcoming film “Prince”.
Initially, Kolkata actor Idhika Paul was expected to star as the female lead, but reports suggest she may no longer be part of the project.
Multiple sources close to the production have confirmed the development, adding that Tasnia Farin’s contract for the film is expected to be signed this week.
Rumours about Idhika Paul’s involvement had been circulating on social media, but insiders have indicated that she will not appear in the final cast.
“Prince” will be directed by Abu Hayat Mahmud and produced by Shirin Sultana under the banner of Creative Land Films.
The action-packed movie is slated for release next Eid, with filming scheduled to begin in the first week of December.
