These decisions were taken at a meeting held by the public security department of the Home Ministry on November 4 regarding the upcoming Biswa Ijtema.

The first phase of the Bishwa Ijtema will be organized by the followers of Maulana Mohammad Zubair (Shura-e Nejam) of the Tablighi Jamaat from January 31 to February 2.
The second phase will be organized by the followers of Maulana Saad from February 7-9. The Ijtema of both groups will be held on the banks of the Turag River in Tongi, Gazipur.
