The United States wants to see that the human rights of the Bangladeshi people are upheld.
"Our position with respect to human rights in Bangladesh is the same under this government as it was under the previous government," said Spokesperson at the US Department of State Matthew Miller in a regular briefing in Washington on Wednesday, reports UNB.
"We want to see the human rights of the Bangladeshi people upheld," he added.
