Biman Bangladesh Airlines has issued a courtesy ticket, including a stretcher and an attendant, for Nabil Ahmed, who was seriously injured during the anti-discrimination student movement, to facilitate his treatment on the Dhaka-Bangkok route.
According to a press release, Nabil Ahmed had been undergoing treatment at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka after being shot during the student movement.
On November 7, 2024, he was transferred from Dhaka to Bangkok on a stretcher aboard Biman’s BG388 flight, with special arrangements made for advanced treatment.
Due to his condition, he received special assistance at both Dhaka and Bangkok airports, the release stated.
