Election Commissioner Md Anisur Rahman on Sunday said Election Commission (EC) will continue its efforts till the end to bring all political parties in the next general elections.
“Bringing all parties in elections is a big challenge. We will continue our efforts till the last day,” he said while talking to journalists at Nirbachan Bhaban in the city's Agargaon area.
He added: “We don't think that BNP won't take part in polls. We expect participation of all parties.”
Rahman said they have a challenge ahead to ensure proper level playing field for all parties.
“We will make our best efforts till the last day,” he said.
