Bangladesh on Sunday reported one more Covid-19 death in 24 hours while it recorded 535 new coronavirus-positive cases during the period, reports BSS.
According to the latest statement of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), the country reported 14.35 per cent Covid-19 positive cases as 3,727 samples were tested during the last 24 hours.
During the past 24 hours, the combined figure of coronavirus infection in Dhaka district and the capital is 429 while no Covid-19 death was reported during the period.
The official tally showed that the virus killed 29,369 people and infected 20,26,212 so far, the statement added.
The recovery count rose to 19,66,107 after another 476 patients were discharged from the dedicated hospitals during the last 24 hours.
