Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president Nazmul Hasan Papon announced his retirement from the chief of the cricket board.
He made the announcement while talking to journalists after a meeting with Tigers’ opener Tamim Iqbal on Monday.
While talking to the media in front of his residence, Papon said, “Few more days are left of my current term. I have a plan to give the national team a very good shape before my retirement. For this, I would do everything whatever is needed.”
Earlier, the BCB boss and Tamim Iqbal sat in a meeting. Tamim left Papon’s residence without talking to the media.
