India, even after getting a good start in the final match, has been able to manage 241 runs against Australia.
The home team got good start thanks to Rohit Sharma’s quick-fire of 47 runs off 32 balls. But, they lost 3 wickets within 11 overs, which made their pace of scoring runs slow. Virat Kohli made 54 off 63 balls and Lokesh Rahul 66 off 107.
However, that was not enough to pile a big score.
Mitchel Starc took 3 wickets, while Josh Hazelwood and Pat Cummins took 2 wickets each.
Austrlia will come out to bat shortly after the mid-break.
