Middle-order batter Agha Salman smashed 51 runs off 45 balls while skipper Babar Azam scored 38 runs off 45 balls and wicket-keeper batter Mohammad Rizwan scored 36 runs from 51 balls.
Pacer Haris Rauf smashed a brilliant 35 runs off 23 balls before ending the innings.
England bowler David Wille bagged 3 wickets while Adil Rashid, Gus Atkinson and Moeen Ali took 2 wickets each.
Earlier in the first innings, England posted a mammoth 337 runs in 50 overs by losing 9 wickets in their last game.
All-rounder Ben Stokes smashed the highest 84 runs off 76 balls while top-order batter Joe Root scored 60 runs off 72 balls and opener Jonny Bairstow scored 59 runs from 61 balls.
Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf bagged 3 wickets while Shaheen Afridi and Mohammad Wasim Jr got 2 wickets each.
