Special Eid arrangements mean extra surprises-and when that surprise is Ityadi, audience expectations naturally soar. For more than two decades, the show has remained equally popular among older viewers, while captivating the new generation of digital-age audience. This Eid will be no exception, with special arrangements once again in place.
Popular actor Mosharraf Karim-known for his equal success in dramas, films and web series has appeared as a guest in this year’s Eid audience episode. Not only did he make a guest appearance, but he also performed directly alongside four audience members selected from the crowd.
The selection process for the Eid special episode was also unique. Instead of the traditional question-and-answer session, four individuals were chosen from thousands of viewers through a special selection tool.
This distinctive selection method created a memorable moment before the main performance began. The acting segment then unfolded with the selected audience members.
In the episode, Mosharraf Karim takes on three different characters with minimal preparation, performing alongside the audience participants-none of whom are professional actors. Despite this, their spontaneous performances, combined with the actor’s skill, created a vibrant and lively atmosphere.
The audience expressed their excitement with enthusiastic applause.
Through the performance, a meaningful message emerged-one that is expected to entertain and resonate not only with those present in the studio, but also with viewers watching from home.
The Eid special episode of Ityadi will be aired on Bangladesh Television after the 8pm Bangla news on the day following Eid. The programme is written, directed and presented by Hanif Sanket. It is produced by Fagun Audio Vision and sponsored by Keya Cosmetics Limited.
