Chief Adviser's Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam has said the government has no connection with the ‘Proclamation of July Revolution’.
He made the remarks while briefing journalists in front of the Chief Adviser’s official residence Jamuna on Sunday afternoon.
The Press Secretary said ‘Proclamation of July Revolution’ is a private initiative. The government has no relation with it.
Chief Adviser's Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kalam Azad said, “The matter is not clear to us until its declaration. That’s why, we can’t say anything about Proclamation of July Revolution."
The Anti-Discrimination Students Movement is set to proclaim on December 31 the July mass uprising as a revolution at the Central Shaheed Minar premises.
