Reflection AI, backed by Nvidia, is in talks to raise $2.5 billion at a valuation of $25 billion, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal on Wednesday, reports Reuters.
The proposed valuation represents the company’s pre-money valuation—before the new investment is added—the report said, citing people familiar with the matter.
JPMorgan Chase is considering participating in the funding round through its Security and Resiliency Initiative, according to the report.
Reuters could not immediately verify the details, and Reflection AI did not respond to a request for comment.
The reported valuation marks an increase from earlier expectations of just over $20 billion, as previously indicated in a report by the Financial Times this month.
The potential fundraising underscores continued investor appetite for artificial intelligence startups, particularly those linked to major technology players like Nvidia.
