To nurture children’s curiosity about the world and develop a scientific mindset, the Natore district unit Bashundhara Shuvosangho has organised a creative workshop.
The programme was held on Tuesday with students of Swapnokoli School, located near Natore Railway Station.
During the event, children were introduced—through simple explanations—to the structure of the Earth, continents, oceans, and the environment.
This was followed by a creative drawing session, where the children expressed their imagination of the Earth using colours and brushes.
Afterward, all the drawings were displayed together in an exhibition format. Viewing their own artwork and learning about others’ creations created a joyful and educational atmosphere.
About the initiative, Natore district unit Shuvosangho President Md Mostafizur Rahman Saikat said, “Our goal is not only to provide awareness-based education, but also to nurture children’s minds and thinking. This understanding of the world will enrich their knowledge and inspire them to grow as global citizens.”
General Secretary Sushmoy Das Tonoy said, “Such creative activities play an important role in developing children’s intellect and creativity. We want to plant the seeds of curiosity and creativity in every child. This is the first step toward shaping their future.”
At the event, other members of the organisation were also present.
