Bangladesh clinched the three-match T20 series against Ireland, defeating the visitors in the final game at the Bir Sreshtho Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium in Chattogram on Tuesday.
Batting first, Ireland were bowled out for 117 runs in 19.5 overs. Captain Paul Stirling top-scored with 38 off 27 balls.
For Bangladesh, pacer Mustafizur Rahman and leg-spinner Rishad Hossain claimed three wickets each, while Shoriful Islam picked up two.
In reply, the Tigers comfortably chased down the target in 13.4 overs, losing only two wickets. Bangladesh reached 119, securing an eight-wicket victory.
Opener Tanzid Hasan Tamim shone with a superb 55 off 36 balls, while Parvez Hossain Emon contributed 33 off 26.
Craig Young and Harry Tector took one wicket each for Ireland.
Tanzid Hasan Tamim was named Player of the Match, while Mahedi Hasan earned the Player of the Series award.
Ireland had taken an early lead in the series by winning the first match but faltered in the remaining two games.
Earlier, in the two-match Test series, Bangladesh completed a clean sweep against the visitors.
