The deadline for form fill-up for the 2025 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent exams under the Dhaka Education Board has been extended, reports Dhaka Tribune.
Students can now complete the process until Saturday, while the last date for fee submission is December 15, according to a notice published on the board’s website on Monday night.
Other education boards have also issued similar instructions on their respective websites.
Form fill-up for the exams began on December 1, with the original deadline set for December 9 without a late fee. However, the extension provides students with an additional five days.
The Dhaka Education Board's latest notice said: "The deadline for form fill-up for the 'SSC Examination 2025' without a late fee has been extended to December 14. The final date for fee payment is December 15."
The form fill-up fee is set at Tk2,240 for regular students in the Science division, while students in the commerce division and arts division will pay Tk2,120.
