A Swiss national has set a new world record by remaining buried in ice for two hours.
Elias Meyer, a competitive powerlifter, successfully completed the challenge, during which his entire body was submerged in ice for the full duration.
He undertook the feat to demonstrate his strength and determination and was officially recognised by the Guinness World Records for his achievement.
Throughout the experience, his body was constantly exposed to extreme cold, and the effects of fatigue and stress were intense — yet he endured it all.
Elias took on the challenge to test human endurance and physical capability, illustrating how the human body and mind can be controlled even under extreme conditions.
