Indian fitness coach Vimal Rajput has shared a straightforward cardio routine she claims is all you need to reduce face fat and tone your body.
In a recent Instagram reel, Vimal emphasized that this low-impact treadmill workout is not only effective for fat loss but also gentle on stress hormones like cortisol, reports Hindustan Times.
She recommends performing this two-round routine three times a week: begin with a five-minute walk on the treadmill at speed 4 with an incline of 5, then follow with another five minutes at speed 3 and an incline of 10.
Vimal calls it a "quick and effective fat-burning routine" that’s easy to incorporate into your gym schedule without spiking cortisol levels.
The coach is also an advocate for walking as a powerful, underrated form of cardio and often advises her followers to aim for 10,000 steps a day.
Research supports her approach: a study in the American Journal of Physiology, Endocrinology and Metabolism found aerobic exercises like brisk walking more effective for reducing belly fat than weight training.
According to Harvard Health, incline walking on a treadmill not only burns more calories than flat walking but also strengthens muscles and boosts cardiovascular health.
