Income tax submission deadline extended to Dec 31

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has extended this year’s deadline for submitting income tax to December 31 from November 30 on requests from businessmen and general taxpayers.

NBR Director for Public Relations Syed A Mamun has confirmed the development to reporters on Sunday.

Individual taxpayers can submit their income and wealth statements both online and manually without being subject to any fines.
