The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Wednesday predicted that weather may remain dry across the country in the next 24 hours, commencing at 9am this morning, with chances of light rain at one or two places over the Chattogram division.
“Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, having chances of light rain/drizzle at one or two places over Chattogram division,” said a BMD forecast today (November 20), reports BSS.
A seasonal low lies over the South Bay, extending its trough to the North Bay, the forecast added.
The country's maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded at 32.5 degrees Celsius at Sitakunda, while the minimum temperature on Wednesday was recorded at 15.0 degrees Celsius at Tetulia.
Night and day temperatures may fall slightly over the country. Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country from late night until early morning.
