Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecasted that weather may remain dry over the country for the next 24 hours beginning this morning.
"Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere across the country," said the forecast, reports BSS.
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may increase by (1-2) degrees Celsius over the country.
It said the seasonal low lies over the South Bay.
Meanwhile, rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind are likely to occur at one or two places over Sylhet division.
Country's maximum temperature on Friday was recorded 32.6 degrees Celsius respectively at Patuakhali of Barishal division and Bandarban while the minimum temperature today was 14.4 degrees Celsius at Tetulia of Rangpur division, added the Met Office Dinajpur.
The sun will set today at 06.01 pm and rise tomorrow at 06.20 am in the capital.
