On Monday, the company stated that its leveraging natural language processing Accio enhances search capabilities to help SME buyers intuitively find the products they need. With millions of global suppliers cataloged across over 7,600 product categories, Accio connects buyers with ideal partners to bring their product concepts to life. The engine is trained on more than 200 million trade-specific parameters to refine search results.
The newly introduced Accio Inspiration feature has been a game-changer, boosting supplier conversion rates by nearly 30% by facilitating easier transitions from search to quotation requests.
During the peak sales periods of November and December, more than 50,000 SMEs worldwide actively used Accio to source products for Black Friday and Christmas. Feedback from users highlights the search engine’s efficiency in helping them quickly find products and make timely sourcing decisions.
With a Net Promoter Score (NPS) exceeding 50, Accio has garnered significant customer satisfaction. On December 13, 2024, it was named "Product of the Day" on Product Hunt, further solidifying its position as an essential tool for SME buyers globally.
Launched at a pivotal moment for both AI development and the B2B global trade market, Accio introduces a revolutionary shift in search technology. Unlike traditional keyword searches, Accio enables natural language queries, allowing users to engage with the engine in an intuitive, conversational manner. It currently supports English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish, with plans for additional languages in future updates.
